Who we are

House of Opula Ltd is a company registered in the United States operating a portfolio of luxury brands and experiences. Opula Client DNA and Predictive Risk Management are our intelligence systems. What data we collect and why

When one of our systems is used to research a contact, it discovers and processes the following categories of publicly available data:

• Professional information - job titles, employer history, education, directorships, board roles
• Public social profiles - LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter/X, YouTube, and similar platforms
• Institutional affiliations - verified mentions in press, company filings, and public registers
• Aesthetic and lifestyle signals - publicly visible content on Pinterest boards and personal websites
• Contact details - phone number, where provided by the advisor or confirmed through identity verification
• Location context - city and state level only, derived from public records
• Civic and philanthropic involvement - nonprofit board roles and public volunteer records

We process this data to generate advisory intelligence for the professional who has a business relationship with you. All data used in automated discovery is publicly available. We do not access private accounts or non-public records. This applies to data processed through Opula Client DNA and Predictive Risk Management. The specific data categories processed depend on which system was used and for what purpose.

Our lawful basis

We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests - the legitimate interest of advisory professionals in understanding the people they serve. We have conducted a Legitimate Interests Assessment and concluded that this interest is not overridden by your rights and freedoms, given the safeguards we have in place.

How we protect your data

• Your identity is anonymised via a Silent Alias before any AI inference occurs - our AI never processes your real name
• Personal contact information is encrypted and stored separately from all advisory outputs
• Addresses are never shown to the advisor - only city and state level context is used operationally
• Data is retained only for the duration of the advisory relationship

Your rights

You may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@houseofopula.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests are actioned permanently - no residual data remains after a profile is purged.

Data sharing

We share your data only with the commercial data providers used in the enrichment pipeline and with the advisory professional who initiated the profile run. We do not sell your data. We do not share it across advisor accounts.

Changes to this notice

Material changes will be posted at houseofopula.com/data-subject-privacy with an updated effective date.
